Joshua Dantzler (he/him/his) is a Senior Employee Experience and Culture Specialist at Amtrak, where he oversees the company’s eight Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and drives organizational change through innovative strategies that foster a culture of belonging. With a passion for creating inclusive communities, Joshua has led numerous high-impact initiatives, including the implementation of Amtrak’s "Rolling the D.I.C.E." framework, a holistic approach to recognizing and empowering ERG leaders. Named a 2022 Rising Star, by Progressive Railroading Magazine, Joshua’s expertise spans ERG engagement strategies, leadership development, and embedding DEI into organizational culture. An accomplished public speaker, he has shared his insights at national conferences, including the 2023 Seramount EmERGe Conference and other ERG-focused events. Known for his practical approach and deep industry knowledge, Joshua is committed to helping organizations build thriving cultures where everyone can belong.
