Cheltzie Miller-Bailey (she/they) is an educator and advocate who has been supporting clients and colleagues transform relationships to their careers and their approach to DEI efforts for nearly a decade. In 2023, she launched Counterculture Consulting, a Des Moines-based workplace culture and equity consulting business focused on deconstructing systems of oppressions in the workplace and the belief that support, joy, and rest should be prioritized in every workplace. In addition to Counterculture, Cheltzie also works full-time leading DEIB for a SaaS company, focusing primarily on ERGs, training, and development. When they're prioritizing rest and joy for themself, Cheltzie can be found on a hike, at the gym, or on a patio enjoying pizza and laughing with friends.
